Cimento Wines, the Walla Walla Valley wine estate rooted in the singular terroir of The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater, hosted an intimate NYC press launch dinner at Casa Tua New York to introduce editors to its collection, philosophy, and distinctly expressive wines. Set inside Casa Tua’s elegant Green Room, the evening brought together wine, food, design, and storytelling in a warm, atmospheric setting inspired by the soul of Italian hospitality.

Guests began the evening with a Champagne reception in the Members Club bar, where they enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres before being escorted into the private dining room for a candlelit, long-table dinner. The space was transformed with lush floral arrangements, handwritten place cards, printed menus, branded Cimento displays, and a dedicated wine cart showcasing the evening’s wines. Throughout the dinner, Cimento founder David Wanek and GM Carrie Alexander guided guests through the brand’s vision, winemaking philosophy, and the remarkable character of The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater, one of the world's most distinctive terroirs. Guests enjoyed a multi-course Casa Tua menu thoughtfully created to complement Cimento’s wines, including Tenuta Bianca, Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The evening offered editors a true sense of the Cimento world: refined, soulful, deeply personal, and grounded in a rare place of origin. Guests lingered over wine, conversation, and music before departing with custom Cimento tote bags filled with wine and brand materials, extending the experience beyond the dinner table.
