Aperture proudly hosted the Collage Launch Party at Aperture Estate, celebrating the most ambitious and artistically driven wine in the brand’s portfolio to date. With the brand's rolling Estate Vineyard as the background, nationwide and local press, friends, and avid Aperture consumers were greeted with a champagne and caviar reception, enjoyed interactive art installations by Ricky Watts and Saree Robinson, and a live soundscape by Truthlive throughout the vibrant afternoon. Guests also enjoyed specially curated bites from Jacob Harth and David Sisler, the team behind the forthcoming San Francisco restaurant, Winnie’s.
Jesse Katz, Founder and Winemaker of Aperture, unveiled Collage—a culmination of over a decade of precision farming and creative vision—during a special presentation on the terrace. Guests were treated to pours of the two new, breathtaking wines: the 2022 Proprietary White Wine and the 2021 Proprietary Red Wine. Each vintage of Collage will be a one-of-a-kind expression, honoring the vintage through intentional blending, extended aging, and a commitment to excellence that sets a new standard in California wine. A groundbreaking expression of time and place, Collage is winemaking reimagined as living, breathing art.
